- Members can nominate themselves or other qualified members for the open positions.
- Nominations are typically submitted via email to current President or Election Committee.
3. Candidate Screening:
- The Election Committee reviews all nominations to ensure that candidates meet the qualifications for the positions they are seeking.
4. Election Process:
- The 100 BMOD holds a general election at the Member Annual Retreat where all members vote for their preferred candidates.
5. Voting:
- Voting is typically conducted by secret electronic ballot.
6. Tallying Votes:
- After the voting period ends, the votes are tallied by the Election Committee.
